Monday, October 26th will be the last day to place orders for made to order items in our online store for the remainder of the year. We plan to ship all 2020 orders no later than mid-December. We will go offline in December and January and come back sometime in early 2021, although we don’t have a definitive date just yet.

The pandemic’s impact, including our studio’s closure for 3 months, coupled with the typical growing pains of a small business require us to take a much needed pause. During that time our team will come together to reevaluate our business model, reduce and refine our product offerings and iron out our plans for the future. If there’s a piece on our website that you love, we suggest ordering between now and October 26th, as we can’t guarantee it will be here when we come back online next year.

We do plan to launch a handful of made-to-order pieces in mid-October including our Simone vest (currently available for pre-order, just a few left), our Claire dress, a long sleeve Mia tee and our Barry top all in cozy organic cotton French Terry.

We’ll also have a small sample sale and fabric sale in mid-November and we plan to offer some ready to ship items in December for gift giving (art prints, scarves, tote bags).

Since we started three years ago, our team has been building the plane while flying it. Which is a fine approach for a brand new baby business. But as we’ve grown and we’ve brought on more staff and new customers, our old ways of doing things just don’t work the way we want them to.

While our products are incredible, the pandemic's impact has magnified the parts of our business model that are unsustainable. It’s time for us to take a pause to reimagine our business so that we can come back stronger and better than ever in 2021.

If you're not already on our mailing list, be sure to sign up on our website to follow along as we make this transition.

Thanks for sticking with us.
