Alice Alexander's First Runway Show
As a brand new company, getting the opportunity to show your very first collection in a fashion show is an opportunity that simply can not be missed. As part of Philly Fashion Week, Alice Alexander was able to debut our brand new collection including some custom pieces.
Model Jayde is wearing our Diane Wrap Dress in red-orange floral.
Model Nadine is wearing our Katherine Pant in Geo Print and Gloria Top in Black with the waist tied to be worn as a crop.
Model Tori is wearing our Diane Wrap Dress in Black Washed Silk.
Model Sue is wearing our Alice top in magenta pink washed silk and Rosie Pant in black washed silk.
Model Amanda is wearing our Rosie pant in silk floral silk and a soon-to-be released cowl neck silk tank.
Model LeAnne is wearing our Katherine Pant in Ivory Velveteen and a custom silver crop top.
And finally, Model Melonee is wearing a custom princess seamed gown in floral silk with red silk gussets.
In all of Philly Fashion Week Alice Alexander was just one of two plus-size brands. Considering plus-size women represent over 67% of women in America is still shocking to me to see so little plus-size representation in the fashion space. My goal with this brand has always been to elevate the role of plus-size fashion in the fashion community overall. Plus-Size is not a trend, we're not going away, we're not a fad. We are here, we've always been here and we want quality, luxurious, fashion-forward clothes.
Here's to hoping we get on the main stage at Philly Fashion week in the spring so that we can continue to grow our brand presence and promote our mission of fashion inclusivity. Because everyone, regardless of size, deserve high quality, fashion forward, ethically made pieces.
All my best,
